I recently got my windows done by this company, and I was pleasantly impressed by how my windows came out. They workers were swift, efficient, and clean. Before my windows were done I would have issues with condensation and losing heat in my house, now, I don't hqve those issues at all. My house is the talk of the neighbourhood with the most beautiful windows and house on our street. I would 100% recommend them to others.

I recently had my front door replaced. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, accommodating to my schedule and always on time. Great quality for a great price. The installation team showed up on time, was very professional and did great job - the installation was very well done, quick, and the team cleaned up well at the end. I recently moved into my new home and quickly realized I needed a new front door. I sent an email expecting to hear in the following days, but I received a call shortly after and the following day Alex came by. We decided on a door and exactly one time it was ready and installed. Throughout the process, Alex kept in touch, he confirmed dates and times and everything went off without a hitch. The installers were professional and friendly. They explained what they would do and when it was complete, there wasn’t a speck of dust left over! Had a great experience with GTA Direct Windows and Doors. The estimator was interested in the look and features I wanted and took the time to find just the right door and insert. They replaced a door and large transom, brick-to-brick. Installer was professional and thorough. It all looks great and best of all the price was significantly less than Home Depot! We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to purchase a replacement front entry way door from GTA Direct! We bought a premium door in the configuration we wanted, it was delivered and professionally installed per their commitment and at a price the competition couldn’t come close to matching. They were not our first choice, but they will be the next time. Our first choice was a big box store, they actually sold us a door, but after 7 months could not fulfill on the contract. We cancelled that purchase got our refund and ordered from GTA Direct Windows and Doors. Our door was a non-standard size but GTA’s team went the extra mile to produce what we believe is a great looking quality premium door. Very happy with their products and service. Initial consultation, measurement consultation and installation workers all showed up promotly when they said they would. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Installers worked quickly and with a sense of humour, making what can sometimes be an awkward experience feel very comfortable to homeowner. Finished within a day and did good job cleaning up after themselves as well. All staff kindly answered questions that arose, and installers provided useful education (inserting/removing screens, what to do within first 24 hours after installation, etc). Highly Recommend this company!

My husband and I decided it was time to replace all of our bedroom windows, after having two other companies come in to do estimates it just so happened GTA Windows and doors called us and I'm glad because their prices were more reasonable and they were all so nice to deal with. I was a little worried about what the grill design that we choose was going to look like on the middle window Alex assured me that l was going to love it he was right our windows are so beautiful that we have decided to do the main floor of our home. It only took the installers about four hours to replace seven windows which was amazing so we are looking forward to have the other windows done can't wait to see how beautiful the house will be when they are finished thanks to Alex and his team.

We hired GTA direct a few months ago to replace a sliding door. We were impressed by the work they did. Took their time and did not rush the job in fact paid attention to each detail that went into the install. Months later and we wanted to do the 2 Windows. My current windows are foggy and lots of condensation. So early December 2018, I spoke to Alex about my windows. Alex made it informative and easy process. I made my selections and we set timelines for the project. I'm looking forward to clear windows! Thanks GTA Direct Windows and Doors! The update: 2 May 2019, We had the eleven windows changed.
